A variety of media helped keep the public informed of the Field Experiment’s goals and progress.
Throughout the experiment, scientists and support staff posted pictures and updates from the helm of research vessels, to HF radar sites to the data room running the models. The Blog provided insights not just into the science and results but also what life was like during the experiment.
The COSEE NOW “Ocean Gazing” project includes 26 podcasts that explore the science of ocean observatories. Hosted and produced by Ari Daniel Shapiro, two of the podcasts focus on the Prince William Sound Field Experiment.
